 Exhibitors will be showcased during all major events including the Grand 
 Opening Reception and throughout the conference. Sell your products -- 
 convention policy encourages sales to be made on the convention floor. 
 Prizes awarded to attendees for visiting all exhibitors. Win major prizes 
 in an EXHIBITOR ONLY drawing! Exhibitors may participate in all convention
  activities. Who Attends: re:con will attract over 300 professionals from 
 Community Service Providers\, Michigan Rehabilitation Services\, Michigan 
 Bureau of Services for Blind Persons\, Community Mental Health Agencies\, 
 Michigan Works! Agencies\, Independent Living Centers\, Michigan human 
 services agencies\, private rehabilitation providers\, special education\,
  school-to work transition services\, employers\, universities and more. 
 Attendees include agency directors\, rehabilitation administrators and 
 counselors\, supports coordinators and case managers\, independent living 
 specialists\, vocational evaluators\, job placement specialists\, job 
 coaches\, social workers\, special education teachers\, consultants and 
 administrators\, work-study coordinators\, graduate students\, consumers\,
  and business and industry personnel. We are continuously reaching out to 
 new attendees. Additional fees apply for electricity and power cords (see 
 below). The exhibitor booths are open from 8:00am-5:00pm on November 6th. 
 Exhibitor Booth Pricing (9/20/25-10/2425) The cost for Incompass Michigan 
 members is $1100.00 for standard booth rental\, which includes two comped 
 registrations for the full conference. Electricity and cords are available
  for an additional fee of $35.00. The cost for Non-Members is $1300.00 or 
 standard booth rental\, which includes two comped registrations for the 
 full conference. Electricity and cords are available for an additional fee
  of $35.00. Exhibitor Booth Details The exhibitor booths at the Radisson 
 Kalamazoo include: 7&rsquo\;x10&rsquo\; space including a skirted table 
 with a linen table covering Two chairs 9 ft. pipe and drape backdrop 
 Wastebasket If vendors require power at their exhibit\, a 110v electrical 
 outlet and power strip plus extension cord are provided for an additional
